Hi there!

Call me Lulu! She/Her. My social links are below, and so are other cool things to check out :D

About Me

Call me Lulu! She/Her. Aromantic Asexual. I'm a nerdy young adult that likes way too many things. My hobbies include gaming, drawing (check out my portfolio!), writing fanfics (check those out here), and computer programming. I'm a compsci student currently working through my junior year. I might not be very active on social media because of this; however feel free to contact me on your preferred site if you need me, and I'll try to get back to you as soon as I can.

Indie Game Recs

Those of you that know me are likely aware that I am a huge indie game enthusiast. And I especially love wacky, zany games with fun stories and/or worldbuilding. So here's my personal recommendations!(I always seem to be working through a video game backlog so I'll likely be updating this list according to my tastes lol)

Lives in my head rent-free

These meet the perfect alignment of characters, worldbuilding, gameplay, music, AND general endearment for me.

The above category but more technical and scream-inducing

Did I mention I like resource management? And the occasional strategy?

Stories I hold in my heart <3

These games have lovely characters and stories, but they otherwise don't quite meet the bar I've put my ultimate favorites at, usually for gameplay reasons. They're still absolutely wonderful.

Cute Puzzlers/Point n' Clicks

Cute worlds where I can put on my thinking cap <3

Less sappiness, more wackiness!

Games that are just plain silly :D

Chants Gameplay ! Gameplay! Gameplay!

Games that don't quite fit in any of the above categories but I still adore due to gameplay and game design. (Most of the ultra-popular indies I like fall under this category lol)

About My Bots...

If you're reading this, you've likely noticed that one or more of my bots have been offline for a while. As of now, I don't plan to bring them back online.I used Replit (in conjunction with UptimeRobot) to host them for free and as of the beginning of 2024, Replit now requires monthly payments to keep published web applications online - projects are stored in a private testing environment otherwise, one that UptimeRobot cannot access to ping and keep online.I'm a college kid that doesn't have a viable source of income, so paying to host all three of my bots is not an option for me at this time. Around the time Replit made the initial announcement about the change, none of the bots were seeing much use either - so it's not like it would be worth it to pay for them.Maybe down the line, when I get a job that pays me comfortably enough to spare that extra expense, and if there's enough demand from people to bring my bots back online I will - but right now, they're offline indefinitely.Thank you for your support over the years - I had a blast building these bots from the ground up so it's sad to see them go, but at the same time I'm glad they got their use.
